Acceptance

By using accessivepath.com or the AccessivePath product ("Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Authorisation to audit

By submitting a URL for audit you represent and warrant that (a) you are authorised to request an audit of that URL or (b) the URL is publicly accessible without authentication. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to audit any URL you submit.

No legal advice

The audit output is technical conformance evidence — not legal advice. AccessivePath is not your lawyer. Consult qualified counsel for legal questions about your accessibility obligations.

No guarantee of compliance

Accessibility laws are interpreted by courts and regulators. AccessivePath produces audit evidence to support your compliance posture; we do not guarantee that any specific lawsuit, claim or enforcement action will be avoided.

Acceptable use

You will not (a) audit URLs without authorisation, (b) use the Service to attack or test the security of a target, (c) re-sell the Service without a partnership agreement, or (d) reverse-engineer the AI auditors.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect, incidental and consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
