This privacy policy explains how AccessivePath ("AccessivePath", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use accessivepath.com or our customer product. We aim to be plain-spoken and short — if anything is unclear, email founders@accessivepath.com.
What we collect
- Inquiry information — when you submit the free audit form, contact form, or any other form, we collect the URL, your email and any optional fields you provide.
- Audit data — when you authorise an audit, we fetch and analyse the public-facing pages of the URL you submit. We do not log into authenticated sessions unless you provide credentials explicitly.
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, referrers. Collected via privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog or Plausible).
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver the audit report you requested.
- To improve the product (aggregated, anonymised audit metrics).
- To send infrequent product updates (opt-out at any time).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share with advertising networks.
- We do not embed third-party trackers from advertising companies.
Your rights
Under GDPR / UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port and delete your data. Email founders@accessivepath.com with your request; we respond within 30 days. California residents have parallel rights under CCPA / CPRA.
Retention
Inquiries are retained for 24 months by default; audit reports for 90 days unless you upgrade. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
