- Remote-first. Most of the team is on Indian Standard Time; we hire for IST overlap.
- We do not pretend AI is a human. We disclose what the AI does and where humans pair-review.
- We do not ship overlay widgets and we do not market unverifiable guarantees. If that bothers you, this is not the right place.
- We pay competitively for our stage and grant founder-level equity to the first few hires.
