BAA availability
AccessivePath offers a Business Associate Agreement to HIPAA-covered entities and their business associates contracting on our Enterprise tier. The BAA aligns with 45 CFR §§ 160 and 164.
Scope
The BAA applies to the AccessivePath product and audit pipeline. We do not encourage transmitting Protected Health Information (PHI) to the audit endpoint; if PHI is incidentally present in a public-facing page, it is treated as PHI under the BAA.

Email founders@accessivepath.com with your covered-entity status and counter-party legal name. Enterprise customers receive a pre-signed BAA upon contract execution.
