Who must comply

Manufacturers of in-scope products placed on the Malta market.
Importers and distributors with a Malta presence.
Service providers offering covered services (banking, e-commerce, transport, ebooks, audiovisual, e-comms) to Malta consumers.
Micro-enterprises (< 10 employees, < €2 million turnover) are exempt for services only.
