  • Micro-enterprises (< 10 employees, < €2 million turnover) are exempt for services only.

Steps to compliance in Luxembourg

  1. Confirm in-scope status under the Luxembourg transposition.
  2. Map your product against EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (WCAG 2.1 AA for web + chapters 5/11/12/13).
  3. Audit and remediate; pair manual review with automated rule scanning.
