State Consumer Rights Protection Authority oversees market surveillance and complaint handling in Lithuania.

€30,000 — Lithuania sets administrative fines for serious or repeated non-compliance.

Who must comply

Manufacturers of in-scope products placed on the Lithuania market.
Importers and distributors with a Lithuania presence.
Service providers offering covered services (banking, e-commerce, transport, ebooks, audiovisual, e-comms) to Lithuania consumers.
Micro-enterprises (< 10 employees, < €2 million turnover) are exempt for services only.
