Consumer Rights Protection Centre oversees market surveillance and complaint handling in Latvia.

Who must comply
- Manufacturers of in-scope products placed on the Latvia market.
- Importers and distributors with a Latvia presence.
- Service providers offering covered services (banking, e-commerce, transport, ebooks, audiovisual, e-comms) to Latvia consumers.
- Micro-enterprises (< 10 employees, < €2 million turnover) are exempt for services only.
Steps to compliance in Latvia

- Map your product against EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (WCAG 2.1 AA for web + chapters 5/11/12/13).
