- Manufacturers of in-scope products placed on the Greece market.
- Importers and distributors with a Greece presence.
- Service providers offering covered services (banking, e-commerce, transport, ebooks, audiovisual, e-comms) to Greece consumers.
- Micro-enterprises (< 10 employees, < €2 million turnover) are exempt for services only.
